Ace Debate is operated by Rise91 AI Technologies Private Limited. This notice describes adult account setup. Child accounts, parental identity verification, voice capture, live debates, payments, and public student leaderboards are not active.

Adult account information

When an enabled sign-in method is used, we process your email address and provider identifier to authenticate you. Onboarding stores your first name, adult account role, broad country selection, practice goal, and experience selection. Parent accounts also record the version and time of acknowledgement of our Parent Notice. This is not a record of verified parental consent. We do not store social-provider passwords or retain their access tokens. Accounts from different providers are not automatically linked by matching email addresses.

Essential sessions and security

Signing in uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie backed by Redis. Sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity; logging out invalidates the current session. Short-lived codes expire after 10 minutes and allow limited attempts. We store hashed code checks rather than readable codes. Hashed email and IP rate-limit keys expire within an hour. The hosting load balancer may use an essential NB_SRVID routing cookie. We do not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Parent invitations and children

Students aged 8–17 are directed to a parent or legal guardian before sharing their own details. If email invitations are enabled, the parent’s email is used for a one-time invitation and is not saved as a child profile or marketing subscription. The email delivery provider processes the delivery, and its transactional delivery records may retain the recipient address. An invite link does not grant account access or consent. Service providers

Our hosting infrastructure processes requests and stores account information. Enabled Google, Microsoft, or Apple sign-in sends you to the selected provider under that provider’s own privacy terms. When email delivery is enabled, Brevo processes the recipient address and transactional message. Only sign-in methods shown as available can be used.

Retention and your choices

Account information is retained while your account exists so you can sign in again. You can request access, correction, or account deletion at hello@acedebate.com from your registered address. We will verify the request before acting. Signing out ends the session; it does not delete the account. Do not send identity documents or children’s information by email. Before opening child accounts we will publish specific consent, retention, review, and deletion arrangements.

Technical requests and currency

Hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information in operational security logs. We use your IP for an approximate country lookup on our server to show INR in India and USD elsewhere. We do not send it to an external geolocation service or request precise location. VPNs may affect the result. The lookup uses GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind. We do not request microphone or camera access.
